All I can say is WOW!!!! So he ordered photos 16 months ago and and NOW he is asking where his stuff is. We do not keep paperwork over 6 months because if there is a problem it surfaces in the first 2 months. I do not have any paperwork on this order to say he did or did not send it. If we did...
receive such an order, it would have been filled and shipped. Stamp orders are at their own risk because they can not be traced and can be lost along the way. Also, [redacted] does not allow [redacted] to order using stamps, it is against their rules. So I guess now anyone can just send "missing orders" to the Revdex.com from, oh I don't know, 5 years ago and say they did not get them and I am forced to reply to that. We ship the next business day after a payment and order has been received. There is not much more that can be said about that. Send a request in the 6 month time frame and I will have the required paperwork on an actual order with the disposition of it. As far as that goes, I could just say that I sent him 1,000 photos for his stamps. PROVE it to me that it was sent here before you file a complaint.
