When I checked in with my kids they were sleeping and we went into a dark room, they slept for 3hrs (having being a long trip) and when we started to notice all the things that were dirty,broke,missing and not plugged in I called the front desk to change roomsThey said they couldnt do anything because we were there too longI have pictures of a broken bed,pills,ashes coffee? And food pamphlets in different drawers,hair in bathtub,scratched up sinks on one side? Mold underneath the refrigerator,flyers taped on the wall,sticky floors and a almost broken table.This is UNACCEPTABLE for a place with kids
