To: infoSubject: RESPONSE TO A CASE ID *** SUBMITTED ON 10/30/ dear *** *** Revdex.com representative we are Hoosier overstock responding to this matter to you and to the customer,and making clear that's the whole deal went very good.making sure ms *** left the store happy about everythinghere is some truth vs her statement we made the sell on may,07/2016(we still have the invoice shown that) we called her two weeks after to let her know that her furniture is ready for pick up or delivery,she said she will be in by the end of the month because her daughter living the house and she kept pushing it that way until first week of October while we called her dozen of time and she wont answer to our phone calls-- SO her furniture stayed in our storage for months and days of course she never gonna mention it then finally she got delivered she called for a damage chest within hours as our policy state we order a new on for her and we called when we it's arrived and now she asking for a free delivery and some one go to her place set it up.our answer was kindly madam you know that we do not deliver our self we sup contract delivery then she lost it and she start screaming at the storehere she told me she need a n.stand also while she never mention that beforewe informed her that she can't come after weeks to report a damage night standand finally she is the one who owned us an apology because she was yelling at me.I treated her with all respect that's all trust me we try our best to make our customer more than happy and that's how we run our businessand thank you
