We bought our home in Aug of When the home was delivered Champion Home builders had not measured correctly and there was a corner in the middle of my living room wallI asked this be fixedInstead of fixing the problem they filled the space with sloppy putty and now it looks just as bad as it did beforeFor the manufacturer to come and do this they removed months from my year warrantyNow here we are months after moving in and the problems with this home continue to grow dailymain problem is my floor joist have fallen and instead of the problem being fixed Champion refused to speak with me for days knocking more months off my warrantyWhen they finally arrived they beat on my wood floors with hammers and although it is a floating floor they screwed the laminate to the floor boardsThe humps in the floor have cause my freezer and fridge to not work properly and different appliance repairmen have come to my home and all have stated that the floors are so uneven the units can not sit right so therefore they will not properly sealThis is just one problemMy tile shower also leaks and instead of the problem being fixed they just replace the damaged materials around the showerThe materials are then damaged again because the leak is still thereDoors will not close and are uneven this includes an exterior doorLaminate floors have buckledThis is just a few of the problems there are over items on my punch list that they continue to put off in hopes that my warranty will run out so they do not have to fix them
