Overview = Duarte Nursery failed to sell us economically viable UCB-Pistachio rootstock as we contracted and they advertised repeatedly they soldOnce they promised on the phone through their representative to compensate us; however, our repeated demand letters have gone unanswered Details = We contracted with Duarte Trees and Vines for UCB-Pistachio rootstock to start our family farm(Contract # [redacted] signed by [redacted] Duarte on 4/14/2012) We paid them $35,for 4,trees & tree protectors They delayed our delivery monthsThen, delivered in OctWhen the trees came out of dormancy, we had lost treesDuarte replaced them without questionGood we thought In the spring, we realized that something was wrongWhen we suspected that there was something wrong with our trees, Duarte's rep Steve Scheuber came &recommended that we use the services of their preferred tree tending group, [redacted] They would help us to sort out the bad trees
