I am c.o to dub tire&wheel we have on one of the  name alex that work  her I am looking at the customer complain I pulled her record and it shows on her inovoice the  she only bought 4 michelin tire size 245/70/17  from us the total amount she pay is $850 and she  signed...

the inovice for the anount wihich is she does have the copy of the invoive you guys should ask her for it thank u

This customer came to our business she was shown some tires and rims they were not michellin tires the brand that was shown to her were Goform the customer agreed to the product that was shown to her after all the work was completed the customer was satisfied
and before the vehicle was release she walked around her car to show her the product and she was okay. The invoice was provided upon her leaving the premises. In regards to this complaint could you have the customer to provide you with the invoice that our business provided to her.
If she cannot provide the proof of services that was rendered to her we cannot resolve this matter.

I was not shown the merchandise prior to purchasing it because [redacted] stated he had to order it. When the tires were installed I immediately informed him that they were not Michelin tires. He stated that they were, that night I did research on those tires and they were not Michelin tires. I went back to the shop the next day and he informed me that he would correct the issue just to give him a couple days. [redacted] did not give me the invoice he had me sign a blank invoice the day of installation but never gave me a copy of it once he was done. When I signed the invoice it was blank. I didn't see the tires until after they were installed onto my car. I have proof that no invoice has been given to me and also have proof that he stated he is just going to charge me what he feels like charging me. If this person responding doesn't remember the situation or issue off tip of his head since I have came in and addressed the issue with him in person how could he respond that I was satisfied with the purchase?

As I explained [redacted] never gave me my invoice, I kept asking for it and he told me he didn't have it and that he submitted it for tax purposes. An invoice was never given to me at all! I was financed the day I came in and [redacted] had me put a $300 down payment on the rims upfront, he wasn't going to order the rims until I did that. I didn't find out until my 3rd visit to the store requesting my invoice that the tires were ordered, well that's what [redacted] said. Before the order was placed for the rims [redacted] told me I would get Michelin tires on the day they were installed which was 2 days later I didn't get to see the tires before they were put on, I only got to see the rims. After they were installed I told [redacted] that the tires weren't Michelin and thinking that he was an honest person I left because he said they were made by Michelin and I trusted him. I returned the very next day and told him they were not made by Michelin and he argued with me that they were. He charged me $600 for off brand tires and then after financing me made sure to add taxes on it when he wasnt supposed to. [redacted] agreed to reimburse me the day I filed the complaint but because I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com he refuses to give me my invoice or reimburse me as he agreed he even went as far as saying I never purchased anything from him. I really feel he took advantage of me. I didn't want it to go this far but every time I went in to talk to [redacted] he would give me the run around, he even went as far as not allowing me to get my original rims and tires back that he held for me until the 20th of this month.I just want to be charged the correct amount for the tires he gave me, [redacted] made it very clear in a recording that I have of him that he's going to charge me whatever he feels like charging me and there's nothing I can do about it. I just want the difference of the tire price, he charged me for Michelin tires but gave me goform. Also I have voice recordings of [redacted] stating he was going to reimburse me, fix the issue then changes his mind and says that what he's going to charge me whatever he feels like.Also in that recording he acknowledges that he sold me "Michelin" tires and acknowledge that he has my rims and tires.Then I have another recording of him telling me I didn't purchase an thing from Dubs and I never left my rims and tires there. I am trying to settle this issue without having my attorney take action. I just want the price difference returned and the additional taxes I was charged returned.

IN RESPONSE TO THIS ENTIRE COMPLAINT AT HAND THIS CUSTOMER HAS NOT ONCE PROVIDED YOU ANY DOCUMENTS REGARDING THIS ISSUE. EVERY COMPLAINT THAT SHE IS ADDRESSING IS DIFFERENT FROM THE VERY FIRST COMPLAINT AT HAND. SOME COMPLAINTS THAT SHE HAS STATED ON 4/20/15 SHE HAD AGREED TO THE MERCHANDISE, ON 5/5/15 SHE STATED THAT SHE SIGNED A BLANK INVOICE, ON 5/19/15 SHE STATED SHE WAS NEVER GIVEN AN INVOICE AND NOW SHE IS STATING ON 5/19/15 THAT SHE HAS SOMEONE ON A RECORDED MESSAGE WHY WASN'T THIS ADDRESS IN THE FIRST COMPLAINT. IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AT HAND ONCE AGAIN I CANNOT ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITHOUT ANY PROVEN DOCUMENTS.
