I am c.o to dub tire&wheel we have on one of the name alex that work her I am looking at the customer complain I pulled her record and it shows on her inovoice the she only bought michelin tire size 245/70/ from us the total amount she pay is $and she signed the inovice for the anount wihich is she does have the copy of the invoive you guys should ask her for it thank u

I was not shown the merchandise prior to purchasing it because [redacted] stated he had to order itWhen the tires were installed I immediately informed him that they were not Michelin tiresHe stated that they were, that night I did research on those tires and they were not Michelin tiresI went back to the shop the next day and he informed me that he would correct the issue just to give him a couple days [redacted] did not give me the invoice he had me sign a blank invoice the day of installation but never gave me a copy of it once he was doneWhen I signed the invoice it was blankI didn't see the tires until after they were installed onto my carI have proof that no invoice has been given to me and also have proof that he stated he is just going to charge me what he feels like charging meIf this person responding doesn't remember the situation or issue off tip of his head since I have came in and addressed the issue with him in person how could he respond that I was satisfied with the purchase? I was financed the day I came in and [redacted] had me put a $down payment on the rims upfront, he wasn't going to order the rims until I did thatI didn't find out until my 3rd visit to the store requesting my invoice that the tires were ordered, well that's what [redacted] saidBefore the order was placed for the rims [redacted] told me I would get Michelin tires on the day they were installed which was days later I didn't get to see the tires before they were put on, I only got to see the rimsAfter they were installed I told [redacted] that the tires weren't Michelin and thinking that he was an honest person I left because he said they were made by Michelin and I trusted himI returned the very next day and told him they were not made by Michelin and he argued with me that they wereHe charged me $for off brand tires and then after financing me made sure to add taxes on it when he wasnt supposed to [redacted] agreed to reimburse me the day I filed the complaint but because I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com he refuses to give me my invoice or reimburse me as he agreed he even went as far as saying I never purchased anything from himI really feel he took advantage of meI didn't want it to go this far but every time I went in to talk to [redacted] he would give me the run around, he even went as far as not allowing me to get my original rims and tires back that he held for me until the 20th of this month.I just want to be charged the correct amount for the tires he gave me, [redacted] made it very clear in a recording that I have of him that he's going to charge me whatever he feels like charging me and there's nothing I can do about itI just want the difference of the tire price, he charged me for Michelin tires but gave me goformAlso I have voice recordings of [redacted] stating he was going to reimburse me, fix the issue then changes his mind and says that what he's going to charge me whatever he feels like.Also in that recording he acknowledges that he sold me "Michelin" tires and acknowledge that he has my rims and tires.Then I have another recording of him telling me I didn't purchase an thing from Dubs and I never left my rims and tires thereI am trying to settle this issue without having my attorney take actionI just want the price difference returned and the additional taxes I was charged returned Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 16, 2015/06/09) */ IN RESPONSE TO THIS ENTIRE COMPLAINT AT HAND THIS CUSTOMER HAS NOT ONCE PROVIDED YOU ANY DOCUMENTS REGARDING THIS ISSUEEVERY COMPLAINT THAT SHE IS ADDRESSING IS DIFFERENT FROM THE VERY FIRST COMPLAINT AT HANDSOME COMPLAINTS THAT SHE HAS STATED ON 4/20/SHE HAD AGREED TO THE MERCHANDISE, ON 5/5/SHE STATED THAT SHE SIGNED A BLANK INVOICE, ON 5/19/SHE STATED SHE WAS NEVER GIVEN AN INVOICE AND NOW SHE IS STATING ON 5/19/THAT SHE HAS SOMEONE ON A RECORDED MESSAGE WHY WASN'T THIS ADDRESS IN THE FIRST COMPLAINTIN ORDER TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER AT HAND ONCE AGAIN I CANNOT ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITHOUT ANY PROVEN DOCUMENTS
