stated that he had paid for insurance protection with Guardian Protection insurance company and they have told him that they do not have any coverage as of todayThe furniture store is not responsible for any insurance coverage that the customer has bought because that is a third party service that they provide this service to our customersTherefore, if the insurance company does not have any coverage for this customer, the customer has to resolve this matter with the insurance companyOn the other hand, in our end, we could help this customer providing a service for the furniture he bought but we need verification that this customer bought the furniture from us, therefore we need the copy of the receipt when he purchased the furnitureWe have no problem if this customer needs service or needs a part that is damaged, we can send our service personnel to see the furniture for a charge of $dollars that need to be paid at the store before with customer original receipt on hand to make arrangements to perform the service or furniture replacement if needed at extra charge, but the customer has to go to the storeNevertheless we are willing to resolve this matterI wish to convey my sincere desire to settle this matterI hope an agreement can be made on this situationIf you have any questions or concerns you can always contact us at ###-###-####/ ###-###-####.Sincerely yours,Store Manager

Review: I contacted and went to the furniture company about the products being defected from June thru December 2013,and then again in January and February 2014, when I contacted the warehouse. the dresser is broken, the back of the head board broken, side boards and the foot board broken, plus the stain 0n the nightstand was bubbling to the point that when you touch it the stain chipped. this bedroom set was not what was show case in the show room, although it appears similar in design it differ in design and material future.Desired Settlement: if I cannot get a replacement I would prefer an even exchange or a refund. with an exchange I would like the two lamps I was also promise when I purchase the bedroom set. thank you

Review: On July**, 2013 my sister and I bought 2 (two) queen size bedroom set plus mattresses and with that purchase we were told that we were going to get 2 pairs of bedside lamps after our delivery was completed because the lamps were to come from the store and not the delivery warehouse. The 2 bedroom sets were delivered on July **, 2013. after the delivery each time I call or visit the store to query about the lamps the person in charge kept telling me he does not have it as yet and I should not call back, he will call me when he gets them. on October **, my sister stopped by the store and she was told he doesn't have it as yet. Whenever I called the store as soon as I make it know that I'm calling about the lamps he gets agitated as if I'm bothering him and the last time I called witch is about four weeks ago he was being very rude and asking me how much did she pay for the lamps. and our receipts clearly states that we are to get the lamps, it is now November **, 2013 and still no word on the lamps.

Review: I purchased a bed from this company in June 2015 and the bed broke in August. The broken bed was fixed in August. However, my bed is now broken again. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a phone call regarding the repair to no avail. The customer service representative from store(Mash is the name he uses) is not customer friendly and had the audacity to imply that it could be my fault that the bed is broke and he is waiting for a response from the company. However, the exact same part of the bed is now broke again. This company appears to have a lack of value for their customers and after they received my money, I've had to utilize valuable time and energy to get a response from them when there is a problem. Because this bed is broken, it has now become a hazard-it is a storage bed with a broken lift thus when opened, it collapses easily and I have to move fast to avoid injury. Additionally, I can not sleep properly and have been experiencing severe back pain and sleepless nights.Desired Settlement: I'm asking for a response and a date as to when a service technician can come out to repair.

Review: On or about 8/*/2014, my wife and brought some furniture and paid for Protection against damage we have been calling Guardian Protection for help and we"r told that we are not covered, so I have been calling the furniture store and talk to a Mr. I[redacted] ,and I have been able to get this matter resolved, I have called the store at least ten times for help and still no help. I also called and asked guardian to please seen me a list of my covered plan.Desired Settlement: Just come to my house and fix my Problem

We have no problem if this customer needs service or needs a part that is damaged, we can send our service personnel to see the furniture for a charge of $50 dollars that need to be paid at the store before with customer original receipt on hand to make arrangements to perform the service or furniture replacement if needed at extra charge, but the customer has to go to the store. Nevertheless we are willing to resolve this matter. I wish to convey my sincere desire to settle this matter. I hope an agreement can be made on this situation.
