Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We registered the complaint with the business before the warranty ran out and they told us they would get back to us We kept calling and got the same response They never got back to us We do not have an original receipt since the bathroom was installed by a general contractor and the price was inclusive of the entire installation The general contractor sent us to this business to pick out the vanity top because due to size it had to be custom We also purchased all new kitchen cabinets from this same vendor as part of our renovation We might add that within three years of the renovation, most of the kitchen cabinets peeled and have had to be replaced We had another bathroom vanity installed at the same time by the same people, but purchased that vanity/sink from another business We have had no problems with that installation The water temperature is the same throughout the house and we have had no problems in any other bathroom nor kitchen Also of note, we are two senior adults with no children nor hard usage of these cabinets and vanity/sink Regards, [redacted]

we didn't do the install...just supplied the material.there is no bainformation that we have

the top is out of warranty I believe...she can call the manufacturer *** *** @ *** *** ***she should have her original receipt as well....i've explained that her water is too hot or the plumber tightened the trap too tight
