difficult to generate the whole thingI would like to resolve it quick and avoid legal hits on my credit if we can work this out..."
A repayment plan was was given to J *** as follows on 5/20, "Send $4,by the end of this month (May) and in June and July, then the balance would be paid offI'll want your agreement by Friday (5/22)." On 5/J *** asked to start the repayments at the end of JuneI replied, "Send the amount you have by the end of this monthIF that check is an amount that reflects your commitment we can discuss extending the repayment by days." We are awaiting a response
