THE PARTNER PROGRAM IS UNIQUE .THERE IS NO COSTS FOR NONPROFITS AND THEY ARE GIVEN A WEBSITE WITH THEIR LOGO DISPLAYED .....AGAIN AT NO COST.THE NONPROFITS ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE THEIR MEMBERS WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE THAT WAS ALREADY EXPLAINEDTHEY CAN RAISE MONIES TO SUPPORT THEIR CAUSE WITHOUT ASKING THEIR MEMBERS FOR MONEY...BUT JUST TO USE THE NONPROFIT SHOPPING PORTAL AND SAVE MONEY AND ALSO SUPPORT THE NONPROFIT.I BELIEVE IT IS A ONE OF A KIND OPPORTUNITY .I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OPPORTUNITY TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO WORK FROM HOME

All though Dubli as many other businesses have been looked down on. Despite the negative reviews you see, the business model is a very good one. I have been a member since 10/2014 and unlike some I understand what it takes to run a successful business. I or no true business owner should just listen to what someone is telling you. You must do your own research before investing in anything. I totally did mine on Dubli and I have had some struggles along the way, but I knew I would. No business is perfect and Dubli is far from that, but if it doesn't get shut down it will be the next online shopping site. right next to Amazon and Ebay! I do however recommend staying away from HBL. These side organizations within Dubli will bleed you dry of your hard earn money.

Review: In January of this year I signed up for the service at it's middle range offer. The following month I upgraded to their VIP membership for $99. After a few months of use it came time when after using the service my cashback rewards from shopping online became available. I was excited about this as I had transferred my first cashback rewards in a month or so prior to this recent withdraw of cashback rewards. On 6/29/14 I requested $59.99 be transferred to my eWallet account and then on 7/9/14 I requested $54.90 to transfer to the same account. According to the information on the site it takes up to 5 business days to transfer the funds and make them available. For both of these this timeframe is up, especially for the first request. After multiple attempts at trying to contact Dubli through its support ticket platform I consistently kept get the excuse that they had no idea when the funds would be available and no further information is able to be provided. Now I am very, very upset with Dubli. The main reason I signed up for the service in the first place was because I could earn cashback on my purchases and now they are violating their service agreement and will not give me my money. I am greatly irritated with this company and disgusted with its poor service and customer service that just gives unsatisfactory excuses.Desired Settlement: I would like Dubli to transfer my funds to my eWallet account so that I may use them at my discretion and to deliver seamless, unhindered and prompt service on all further cashback rewards I have earned through their program.

Review: I was presented to this company to take part in a work from home business opportunity. They made it seem as if it was a legitimate business where you had the potential to make a lot of money. The problem is that they don't provide you with anything of value. They sell you these vouchers to give to other potential buyers for a very steep price. Then every month, regardless whether you are able to give away those vouchers or not, you have to keep buying $99 worth of vouchers in order to maintain a VIP Status with them and get paid for clients your refer.

Then they make you go through a few training videos that are more of a business opportunity training, but that just don't go hand in hand with their product which is just shopping with them and earning cash back. It is not a legitimate work from home business. This is just a money making scheme disguised as a business opportunity to deceitfully take innocent victims money.

Then while you're distracted with a few training videos, 3 days go by and they won't refund you your money because in their small print you only have 3 days to ask for a refund. That's absurd and immoral. So you are basically out $594 dollars regardless whether you decide to take part in this so called business opportunity or not.

They may have taken my hard earned money from me but I wish to expose this fradulent practice. They have refused to give me my money back due to their 3 day small print no refund policy. It is very absurd to expect someone to make such a big business decision in just 3 days. I was hoping it was a legitimate opportunity but it wasn't. And now they have frozen my account because I refuse to keep spending $99 per month on vouchers that have no value to me or anyone.Desired Settlement: I wanted my money back for my initial investment to purchase "virtual coupons or vouchers" that have no real value. I spent $594, a significant amount for the average person, on nothing. It's a shame that I have to go through this and that there practices like this still going on.

Review: On Nov-12 through the Dubli.com site I requested they transfer the balance on my account to my eWallet ($52.34). A process that should not take more than 2 days as the balance in my account is already approved. Dubli.com's rep Virtudes contacted me a week later on Nov-25 indicating, and I quote:

"We apologize for the delayed processing of your withdrawal request. Due to past technical issues the accounting and fraud teams have switched to a manual-processing mode. Our accounting

team is diligently working to clear the back log of requests and will process yours as quickly as possible. There is no need to submit additional support requests related to this transaction, as

your report has been filed. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter."

Dubli.com closed the ticket ([redacted]. I re-opened the ticket again indicating that on a previous request they had used the same excuse to delay approval of the approved balance in my account and that they could not close the ticket until the matter was resolved. Today, Dec-3, I opened another ticket [redacted]) requesting they approved the balance transfer I requested back on Nov-12. Balance transfer is still not approved.

Previous incident happened on Sep-7 when I requested a balance transfer of $78.16. I contacted Dubli.com on Sep-16 because they had not approved the balance transfer and Dubli.com's Rep [redacted] send an email saying exactly was I disclosed above. This balance transfer was eventually approved.

I seems to me that Dubli.com is very quick to charge it's members a fees for services but they drag their feet when it comes to fulfill their end of the agreement. From what I have described above, it looks like is pretty much standard procedure to delay payment of moneys that have been earned and approved by merchants.Desired Settlement: Seeking the following remedies:

1) Immediate Approval of the balance transfer of $52.34.

2) Full refund of my Dubli.com VIP membership fee $99.00

Review: Dubli has failed to process a payment for rebates on products purchased. A payment was initiated on June 2, 2014 for $611 and has been labeled as "processing" ever since.Desired Settlement: finish processing the $611 bank transfer

Review: I signed up for the free membership on this site. You are able to send invites to those you know so they can also join to receive discounts. I sent and invite to myself so I could see how the invite looks and then invited several family members and friends. Ever since I did this I have been receiving vulgar spam emails to myself from myself. I am sure that the invites are receiving spam from my email address also. I had to contact customer service to close my account and also requested on more than one occasion to opt out of their emails but continue to receive them. I am sure this is happening to others and it is not acceptable.

Review: When signing up as a dubli network business associate (TLA) for $2475, I was told different information from how we earn our commissions. I was initially notified that we earn 25% of the cash back our customers earn, however, was just notified that we only earn 25% of what Dubli gets. A huge difference. For example, if one of our customer earns 7% cash back off of a $1000 purchase the customer will receive $70. Initially I was told through videos from dubli that we would receive 25% of that $70 in which our customers earn. However, we only receive 25% of what Dubli gets. Dubli's commission vary from store to store, but in most cases, 2-5% and we as a business association only get 25% of that amount.

Also, if we initally sign up as a business associate for $2475 and only earn commissions, this low, is this considered a pyramid scheme? DDesired Settlement: Full Refund
