03/18/2015. We called customer to pick up vehicle on 03/18/2015. Customer was not happy with gap on rear lift gate and the way it closed. We took the car back to the shop and made some adjustments while the customer waited. The customer was still unsatisfied so we asked him to leave the vehicle so we could continue making adjustments. On 03/20/2015 we called customer to come back and pick up vehicle. [redacted] (Owner) went on a test drive with customers, customer complained vehicle did not drive the same, said engine was not the same. Customer was still unhappy with lift gate issues, left car over the weekend. On 03/23/2015 [redacted] (Estimator) called Allstate adjuster to inform them and ask their advice on the situation, Allstate adjuster advised [redacted] to have the customer pick up the vehicle and take it to Audi for inspection. The Audi dealership sent the customer to Audi certified body shop. The Audi certified body shop and Allstate are now handling this claim.
