I did look in to this situation and talk to my service advisor *** *** Mr *** was very happy about clutch , which took us about days to handleBut end result was that we got free new clutch for him
Unfortunately, to fix wiring harness , we need to follow the process that General
Motors recommendsSo here is my personal cell *** , Mr *** can contact me any time and I will explain everything

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,*** *** In response to this answerfirst of all there was a recall on the clutch pedal witch I showed the sevice adviser if this would have been replaced at first when I reported it several times I would not be writeing this now.you did not give me a clutch you attemped to replace damaged parts from a sticking defective clutch pedal after your bocthed repair your left wires to burn on the hot manifold I want the wireing harness replaced just like it was before you ruined it.also at first the clutch did seem ok but after about miles it starting chatter and I still have computer promblems

Before replying to this email, I confirmed with B of A today again regarding this loan. This deal was flat cancelled with B of A on 02/28/17.
Per B of A - No amount is due nor was there any from customer as it had been flat cancelled
I called our customer’s Credit
Union to verify all is under control there as well and spoke to Consumer Lending Department at Educational Employee CU. All appears to be fine and being paid as agreed with customer.
Contacted Mr*** *** via text (only way to communicate and have been since the beginning), however, made appointment to call him tomorrow at 11:to go over details. He seems to be fine with everything. He was under the impression B of A was sending him a letter stating loan is paid off. I explained to him since this had been a “flat cancel” deal, there was no loan.

I have been promised many many time before this that the payoff was sent and to check the Credit UnionEach and everytime I had promises and yet it has not been doneAlso, I have yet to receive the additional Key

This matter has been resolved; the Finance manager did have some issues getting the payoff on the trade from the out of state credit union, but as of 8/25/the vehicle and all accrued interest have been paid in full by usAs to the new loan payments we have made payment as agreed by us and the customer and that has also been receivedI just received a thank you email from the customer

We did purchase their vehicle, they did not have a title on the vehicle and a lien against the vehicle showed the title.
We had to get a lien release from the bank listed which took them weeks to get to us - it took another days to get the titleOur title clerk did explain this
to the customer and they seemed satisfied with it
The complaint you received was not placed by the person we purchased the car from.
As soon as we received the title we released the check

I have contacted Mr ** and followed with him and left him message and then called again and talked to him and advised him that...

after further investigation it was a typo on our part and advised Mr ** that there is no way within a 12 hour time from when the business closed till when next morning vehicle has been driven more then 472 miles I have apologized to him and have also made a note on file that future services on his vehicle we will verify mileage with customer before leaving vehicle at dealership, also customer has not shown us proof of any mileage verification that he is writing mileage everytime he drops off vehicle and pick up, again we have apologized again for our mistake.
