While asking for the lease to be broken was more of an emotional response and one I am willing to have rejectedThe apology will happen (whether it is heartfelt or not) or this issue will not come to a closeYou, MrS [redacted] , have disrespected me and we both know thisAny attitude towards you from me is a result of your actions or the actions of your staffAs a child you are taught the golden ruleIn case you have forgotten, it is to "treat others as you would like to be treated"I would like for you to seriously think back and reflect on your actions and ask yourself, "How would I respond if someone treated my mother the way I have treated Ms [redacted] ? What would I do if some one disrespected my mother and called her a liar (excuse me, strongly implied she was a liar) when it is not the case? How would I feel if I were wronged and the perpetrator was not man enough to admit their faults and apologize?" I am not asking for a lotSimply that I pay the water bill and not a fee that is tipple the price, and that you apologize for being unreasonably rude and, as of your last response, slanderousIf you want to put this to rest, do what is right

The tenant continues to make statements that simply are not trueNo one has called her a liar and until this recent issue ,we had not had any contact with her since she moved inWe did not receive any note concerning her waterShe will not receive an apology because she is not due one for any reasonShe has been treated with respect and professionalismShe was given a written Lease and Rules & Regulations forms when she moved in last April The lease clearly states on page one, in large bold type, that all rent and water is due on the 1st day of each monthIt further states on page two, in large bold type, that all rent and water must be received by 5:00pm on the 5th at the rental office or there will be a late feeShe like all Tenants signed a month Lease when she moved in and we require all Tenants to honor their leaseWe do not allow Tenants to break their leaseThe tenant owes the late fee, she will not receive an apology and we will not approve her to break her leaseIf anyone is owes an apology it would be Ms*** for all the untruths and misinformation she has described in her complaint solely to avoid paying the late feeSincerely, Robert S [redacted] , Property Manager

It does not solve the matterI asked for removal of the fee not simply because I was out of town, but due to the fact that I had not received the water billUnlike the misleading statement made by MrS***, I attempted to let him know that the water bill was not receivedIt was in the form of a note because (as stated in my original complaint) when I came in town to pay the rent it was on a day when the office was not open and I had pay the rent before it was dueIn addition, I have not received an apology for the disgustingly rude way in which I have been treated since moving inThirdly, my request to end this lease free of charge has been completely ignoredThis is not just about a feePlease believe I would not be wasting my time if it wereThis is about the total lack of respect, regard, and dignity in which the owner of the property continues to showI have lost all confidence that he can communicate like a respectful adult and have lost faith in his ability to be a landlord who remains level headed and cool tempered when dealing with the most simple of matters. I have been called a liar by his staff, I have been looked down upon by him specificallyThe Revdex.com was created to make sure people like MrS*** do not mistreat the people they are suppose to serviceI have been mistreated more than once, and I will not continue to forcibly live in a place where I am seen as dirt and treated as such simply due to a signature on a piece of paperOne good thing that comes from this experience is that I now know that first impressions are more important than everWhen the ugliness of the staffs attitude was shown to me upon moving in, I should have taken that as a reflection of their supervisor and moved onUnfortunately, I gave a second chance and it is biting me hard. To reiterate I would like an apology for the down right appalling amount of disrespect that was spewed by MrS***, removal of the $late fee, and if possible to end the lease with no charge as it is clear that a respectful business transaction is not something MrS*** and his staff are interested in

The Tenant moved in August 1, 2016. [redacted] Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit on July 28, 2016. Tenant called August 5 to say AC not working. Our maint. guys emptied the drain pan and the AC was fine.  Tenant called again on August 8 to say AC stopped...

again. [redacted] Heating and Cooling came out to clear out the drain line and tighten drain clamp to drain pan. All was ok. AC working fine. Tenant called August 15 to say water was dripping from ceiling by the AC unit. Our maint guys cleared out the line and called [redacted] Heating and Cooling to come back to inspect the unit. We discovered that the original drain line had some cracks which were causing the drain line to leak. Our maint guys informed the Tenant we would be back Friday August 19 to replace the drain line and repair the ceiling after it dried out. A part of the ceiling came down Wednesday evening. There was minimal insulation on the floor, toilet seat and in the bathtub. EVERYTHING was functioning properly. All the Tenant needed to do was simply put the insulation in the trash, which is what we instructed him to do. We returned to the unit Friday, installed a new drain line and cut out the wet drywall and put up plastic over the opening. we returned Monday August 22 to install new drywall but it was still damp in a couple of spots. Our maint guys installed new drywall today Wednesday August 24. we will stipple and paint the ceiling Friday August 26, 2016. This was simply an AC water line leak that was fixed in the proper sequence over the period of a couple of days.

The tenant continues to make statements that simply are not true. No one has called her a liar and until this recent issue ,we had not had any contact with her since she moved in. We did not receive any note concerning her water. She will not receive an apology because she is not due one for any reason. She has been treated with respect and professionalism. She was given a written Lease and Rules & Regulations  forms when she moved in last April 2017. The lease clearly states on page one, in large bold type, that all rent and water is due on the 1st day of each month. It further states on page two, in large bold type, that all rent and water must be received by 5:00pm on the 5th at the rental office or there will be a late fee. She like all Tenants signed a 12 month Lease when she moved in and we require all Tenants to honor their lease. We do not allow Tenants to break their lease. The tenant owes the late fee, she will not receive an apology and we will not approve her to break her lease. If anyone is owes an apology it would be Ms. [redacted] for all the untruths and misinformation she has described in her complaint solely to avoid paying the late fee. Sincerely, Robert S[redacted], Property Manager

The Tenant signed a Lease that states ALL RENT AND WATER is due on the 1ST of the month. It further states that if all the rent and water is not received by 5:00pm on the 5Th of the month there will be a late fee. The tenant stated she was working out of town and did not have her water bill. I...

explained to her that it was her responsibility to find the water bill or she could simply call Guardian Water or the rental office and leave message. We check messages seven days a week. Guardian Water sends out the bills to the Tenants between the 7th and 12th of each month. She wanted me to waive the late fee since she was out of town. I explained that I have to apply the same standards to all Tenants regardless of the excuses given. She then said she wouldn't tell anyone if I waived the fee.   I again explained to her that we have to abide by the terms of the Lease. At this point she became very agitated and left the office. The tenant moved in on April 26, 2017 and other than fixing her disposal and recaulking the bathtub on June 8, 2017, we have not spoken. Robert S[redacted] , Property Manager
