claim was justified for being upset. I do understand that but the wau her husband handled himself was very inmature and unprofessional. I will say that I let my emotions get away from me so I responded the same way.    What happend was there were to different calls at this house. 1 for a garage apartment and 1 for the actual residence, 2 different technicians responed to the calls. Confusion on equipment led one of the techs to install the wrong equipment in the wrong location. As soon as the send set of ac equipment arrived, the next morning we rectified this issue.  End of story.  Just wanted to share what the customer had done on social media. The sum [redacted] can not get it right) This was before my response.  First of all they are [redacted] customer which is a home warranty company. We do a tremendous amount of work for [redacted]. And we have alot of very very happy customers. I apologize for any trouble we caused the homeowners. But the problem has been resolved. Thank you [redacted]
