About an hour after submitting this report, I was called back by Dublin Hyundai, informing me that they had found the mistake and I will be receiving a letter in ten days letting me know my balance is zero

On Wednesday I spoke with ***, the Financial Director of Dublin Hyundai, I gave him all the information of what transpired during the time I was at his business regarding the purchase of the carHe said he needed to speak to a couple of individuals and would call me back that same afternoonHe indeed called later that afternoon and agreed to the Desired Resolution I had submitted with this claimA new contract was sent via Fed Ex and was received today, it contains the adjusted amounts that I wantedHappy to have this issue resolved

I understand you closed this complaintHowever I did respond to it, If it means anythingShortly after the purchase the customer's father gave us a call & I personally scheduled him to come down to the dealership on a Saturday to go over
his daughters paperworkShe called me the Friday before her appointment and cancelled, due to a Pre paid vacation she had plannedShe told me she would call me to reschedule & never didIf anything all the customer needs to do is call me & I'll be happy to set up an appointment with her to speak with our finance department

This is a follow up to my original complaint (#[redacted]). Dublin Hyundai responded to that complaint explaining the [redacted], the dealership General Manager, wanted to discuss it with me personally to rectify the matter. I phoned [redacted], as instructed, who was very contrite and courteous. Mr. [redacted] asked that I send him a copy of the termination notice received from Hyundai Finance, and he would resolve the erroneous amounts (i.e. lease payments said to be due for my previously leased Sonata). I emailed Mr. [redacted] a copy of the notice that evening (9/2). I sent a follow email asking for status on 9/9; no response was returned. I phoned Mr. [redacted] on 9/20, and again on 9/27; again, no response was received. I phoned Hyundai Finance about the balance, to verify that it had been resolved; they said the matter had not been resolved and that it was referred to their collections department. At this point no other choice to believe that Mr. [redacted]'s intentions during our discussion, similar many of the sales practices at Dublin Hyundai, were deceitful.
