This customer purchased an Mini Cooper months ago- He has now damaged the clutch of the vehicle somehow after miles- as you know a clutch may be damage in many waysThe clutch on a new or used vehicle has in no way any factory
warranty due to this factor I have also pulled my service records on this vehicle and the clutch was fine at time of smogging this vehicle for saleThe customer also test drove this vehicle prior to purchase and had no complaintsWE will not pay for any repairs

response as long as they are true to their word...this time. Yes, a gentleman spoke with my fiancé regarding this on Friday. Stated they cleaned house of all personnel. Which may or may not be true because the turn over was high to begin with. Anyway, if this gets done we will be content with that.
