We installed furnace, ducted, & A/C unit for customer Customer was supposed to have basement cleaned out, he was supposed to cut register hole which he never did He was supposed to remove insulation, we installed gas line to furnace which he want more gas lines We installed a fireplace for him which he was supposed to remove wall & ceiling, we had to We replaced his thermostat & taped duct work No matter what we do, he always wants more There was also a big issue with outdoor gas line that I did at cost, because he was supposed to do

His compressor failed on his heat pump on Friday We replaced it on the following Tuesday Customer wants new heat pump Customer never filed product From what he says he does not have a computer I'm sure he knows someone that does He also had to the warranty
paper that he could of mailed in Also there is no maintance record of him having unit service
