Review: on ** May 2014 sent the above named business received a $45,000 check for the purchase of Silver and gold. The company rep said the package of silver and gold were ready to be shipped as soon as the money arrived. It took them almost 4 weeks to ship any thing and then it was o partial shipment of Silver. No Gold It is estimated the company still owes the SHAFFER'S Approx $32,000.oo dollars worth of silver or gold. Attempts to reach the sales person ([redacted])has been met with empty promises and NO return phone calls for two (2) Weeks. The company was called and the rep said [redacted] would call on Thursday the [redacted] has not returned at least four (4) phone calls in the last two (2) days and the parent company is not answering their phone with a "NOT ANSWERING ANY CALLS" message with no voice mail.Desired Settlement: A cashiers check for $32,000.00 ASAP

Review: I sent 49 coins to Dublin Rarities ([redacted]) for evaluation and possible purchase. There were 34 Ben Franklin Half Dollars and 15 various gold coins. The most expensive coin I sent was a 2013 Reverse Proof Buffalo $50 Gold PF70 W mint. I paid $2499.00 for this coin. Their evaluation of the lot was that they were bullion and worth less than $4K. I ask that they be returned. I received them this date (6/**/14) EXCEPT THE $50 Buffalo GOLD COIN WAS NOT IN THE BOX RETURNED. My desired outcome is for my $50 Gold Buffalo Coin be returned to me. Needless to say I will do no more business with this firm.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for my $50 Gold Buffalo Coin be returned to me. Needless to say I will do no more business with this firm.

Review: On ** Nov. 13 I ordered some coins and was told that if I was not satisfied with the coins, just to return than and they would refund the monies to the Amex Account, when the package arrived it was refused by me and returned to Dublin Rarities . This company was contacted by Amex Reference the situation and was told that the monies involved would be reversed back to my account when they received the package. Presently the company in question has both my $3,250.00 and the coins which were returned. To this date, **-1-14 no action has been taken by The Dublin Rarities to resolve this situation, also see attached letter of 1-**-14 Amex has also been told the same story reference the reversal and the money in question (see complaint online). **Desired Settlement: I would like the company Dublin rarities to reverse the $3,250.00 to the Amex as they stated I have waited 2 months and no action has been taken.

Review: I purchased 1 Roll of 1/2 Dollar silver coins from this company after receiving a Telephone call from one of their salespeople [redacted] who I believe misrepresented the value of these supposed collector coins for $700.00. I gave him my credit call number over the phone in good faith I would receive the product in the mail and they would be as advertised, worth to a coin collector much more that the cost of my purchase. Low and behold I finally received the product after they got my money about a month latter. Sadly to say when I received Rare Coins I had them appraised only to discover they were only worth Face value, I immediately called [redacted] who said he disagreed with the appraisal but agreed to take them back and refund my money, He gave me an RMA # [redacted] and I returned the coins at my expense via USPS and insured the package for $700,00, I have USPS documentation that confirms the package was delivered to this company on 3/**/14, I have been waiting for my credit ever since and every time I call this company and ask to speak to [redacted] or someone that can authorize issuing the credit no one is ever there. I was told on the phone by a answering secretary or operator that my credit would be paid on that business day which was March **, 2014. Obviously that did not occur and thus the purpose for this complaint.Desired Settlement: Pay the $700.00 they owe me ASAP
