several blades bent beyond repair. Customer stated she would buy new ones and get them replaced. Our company services all of West Texas and when we are called out to do a service call, our rate is 120.00 per hour, whether we are there 20 minutes or 59 min. Our minimum charge is the 1 hour. We went to this customer's house as requested and now the customer refuses to pay for service. According to the customer, it was a Home Warranty issue, however she called us directly.
