May 13, 2015Dear *** :In reference to your letter dated April 28, ID # ***, We havecontacted Mr*** and reminded him that the caulking above his windowwas taken care of on the original day of the service callIn reference to thepiece of siding that came off his home and the lack
of insulation that waslocated within the cavity, we did deliberately leave the cavity open to dry out.lt seems like so many other Western New Yorkers Mr*** had an icedam build up above that portion of wall and we wanted it to dry out and thenre fill the cavityWe are guilty, we let it slip, however we will return onMonday May 18, to re fill the cavity, plug the hole and replace the siding.This work has been scheduled with Mr*** on the 30th of April, 2015Sincerely,*** ***Vice President
