We installed these windows in Aug ,the *** called earlier this summer and requested service on the windows, Mr *** stated was having difficulty replacing the caulking ,due to the exterior sill trim and had concerns with possible water intrusionAfter We inspected the windows we agreed to re clad and caulk these windows as discussed with Mr ***(there was never any discussion of interior wood work or mold concerns )approx 2-weeks after this work was completed Mr *** called again this time requesting we replace the stained trim on the interior of the windows ,we explained at that time , ABC does not accept any liability for pre-existing stained interior wood work on windows, doors and or related water damage in addition there has been years since these windows have been installed

The man who did the repairs to our windows actually took pictures of the water damage in the house
[redacted] (with PlumbHappy) is an excellent communicator, quick and forthright with getting his job quote to me and always answered the phone or responded promptly. He answered all my questions courteously and once we understood everything that needed to be done he quoted a price based on completing the job with no additional surprise fees, which makes you feel confident in the integrity of his work. A pleasure to work with and I'll be using him in the future.
I would not recommend this business. They say they'll work with you on scheduling but their workers show up whenever they want. First, they showed up two days later than they said without calling and finally showed up on a day we told them not to come. Also, if you do decide to use them, don't let them park in your driveway unless you want to clean up a bunch of oil stains from their shoddy equipment. The actual work looks OK. My hope now is that the gutters work as advertised.

The work I was looking to have done (as referred to here) was completed as stated, although it is unfortunate that so much time and effort needed to be expended in order to get things taken care of. Like pulling teeth. Extremely poor customer service. It should be noted that the amount due to DuBois Design& Remodeling is owed by the people who hired them to work on my house, i.e. the general contractor. I had no say or choice in their selection and was, as a matter of fact, opposed to their employ due to poor Revdex.com reports. The inference that I am remiss is false and insulting. The amount refers to the original contract, which has absolutely nothing to do with the issues at hand here. DuBois Design& Remodeling, and the owner thereof, would do well to stick to the facts.
