I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your letter dated February 9,
The claimant wrote in about a complaint of a bill that she received from our agency for services rendered to her fatherI have taken time to speak with my staff in the office about the accusation leveraged upon them by the claimanthave been advised that under no circumstances did anyone in my office give information to the claimant about a bill not been payableThe claimant’s father received services, and the claimant has an out of pocket liability in which has to be paidThe claimant's father cannot be absolved of a copay liability and the staffs in the office are not in charge of billing thus they cannot ascertain if the copay bill is valid or invalidI believe the patient must have misunderstood what my colleagues conveyed which is that if the bill does not belong to the claimant then, they are not liableHowever, the bill was clearly billed to the insured but at the bottom of the invoice there was a typoWe have since apologized for the typo at the bottom of the invoiceWe have given the claimant the number to the claimant's insurance company to call to verify that copayThe claimant has called the insurance company and they have been advised that the copay is valid and it needs to be paid,
The policy of the agency is to refer all unpaid bills over thirty days to our collections department and I advised the patient I would not be doing that but will hold the bill if they gave a date to pay, in no way, shape or form was the claimant being threatened,
There were no unscrupulous business practice and we have bent over backward to satisfy this claimant including removing a contested nursing visit that the claimant received but contestedI am not sure of the desired resolution that the claimant is seeking, Dubols Home Care has been very courteous and professional in handling and resolving this issueThe claimant has since paid for the copay incurred from the services renderedSincerely

I am rejecting this response because: Of course, this business will deny all I have claimed I never disputed there was a bill to pay I merely stated the bill contained another person' s name on it and when I questioned that was told by the office staff there was no balance due by my father Now they are recanting, back peddling and defending against the claim I made, since they were caught displaying bad business practices I stand behind the claim I made despite the fancy "dancing" around the truth in their response I logged every conversation and email for my father's financial protection How did they explain displaying Revdex.com's logo on their website when they aren't members? Rest assured, this agency will never get my endorsement
