THE CUSTOMER ASKED BRIGHTON FORD TO REPLACE FUEL FILTER ON RO HE RETURNED MILES LATER ON RO WITH A CONCERN FOR A LOSS OF POWER AND HARD START AT TIMESWE RECOMMENDED THAT INJECTOR # NEED REPLACEMENTCUSTOMER RETURNED STATING HIS FUEL FILTER WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLYBRIGHTON FORD AS A COURTESY TOLD THE CUSTOMER WE WOULD REFUND HIM ON HIS FUEL FILTERWE NEVER SAW THE VEHICLE TO VERIFY INCORRECT INSTALLATIONWE EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMER THAT THE INJECTOR FAILURE ARE COMMON ON THE DIESEL TRUCKS THAT THE FUEL FILTERS DID NOT CAUSE CONCERN

The customer had a concern with the under shield be loose and the transmission flood could be low on his car after a oil change a transmission service . Brighton ford immediately went out to the customers house to address the issue and delivered the car back to them . The customer called a...

month later saying they had two missing lug nuts on there car we called them back immediately . We looked at the vehicle and replaced the lug nuts at no charge to the customer and explained that it looked like someone might have tried to steal the wheels. The customer wanted a refund for the oil change and transmission service I explained that I would as good will give them a oil change and rotate . We addressed there concern on the vehicle they felt they sound receive money back .

I wrote all three owners and not one responded to me. They ruined my truck and cost me 3,000 to repair. They should of had people that new what they were doing. I'm sure I'm not the first person they screwed but when no one sticks up. For the. Consumer they will continue to do this. I'm on a fixed income and there millionaires. I see why they have money. Rip offs. They should pay. [redacted]

INCORRECTLY. BRIGHTON FORD AS A COURTESY TOLD THE CUSTOMER WE WOULD REFUND HIM ON HIS FUEL FILTER. WE NEVER SAW THE VEHICLE TO VERIFY INCORRECT INSTALLATION. WE EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMER THAT THE INJECTOR FAILURE ARE COMMON ON THE DIESEL TRUCKS THAT THE FUEL FILTERS DID NOT CAUSE CONCERN.
