She has an outstanding [redacted] of $9000.00  and has consistently lied regarding her...

intentions to pay

1. [redacted] / Valley Artesian Wells did not do what we hired them to do. 2. He/his company installed a pipe and machinery in areas of our home he did not have permission to work in.3. He did NOT install machinery where he was hired to install it. 4. He installed a water pipe under a new walkway and NOT where he had permission to install it. The walkway now sinks over the pipe.5. [redacted] / Valley Artesian Wells made no effort to contact me to discuss any changes in plans before or after the work was done. I came home to find it.6. We have lost the ability to use space in our home as we planned because this company installed machinery in places without permission.7. Additionally, the installation was not completed. Someone from the company came out to complete the work the following month after multiple calls to the company with concerns.8. The company did not return to do water testing as promised. I asked [redacted] to follow through on this. He made many promised that someone would call and arrange to come to the house to complete this, but that never happened. Bill finally stated he would sample the outside spigot, which is not how water testing is done.9. [redacted] agreed to provide written information on the materials used, including tubing and water pipes. He never did, although promised to provide this by email prior to drilling and at several times after that with no follow through on this.10. [redacted]'s comments in response to my concerns have not been helpful or reasonable. He has not been accountable for serious mistakes made by the company and the problems that ensued.I ask that [redacted]/ Valley Artesian Wells agree in writing to the financial responsibility of hiring a company to move the water pipe to the agreed upon location and restore the landscaping to the original state as well as the financial responsibility for hiring another company to move the water control machinery to the agreed upon location. I ask that Valley Artesian Wells provide information on the materials used.
