Review: ON Jun. ** I dropped my silk comforter(it's new, I only use it for one winter) to KB Dry Cleaners, and I told the girl int this business the comforter is made of silk, (inside is silk with cotton cover), and my husband picked up on Jun **. When I went back home and check the conforter, I didn't recognise as my stuff(because it is shrinked and it looked quite different as before), and went to the store told the man I got the wrong comforter. The man told me they didn't have any comforter left, and I have to go back the next day while his wife is in . The man treated me in a very rude attitude,and he refuse to offer any help.After came back home, I opened the comforter and checked it carefully, it is my comforter, but the outlook is quite different, and it shhrinked so badly, and there is about 3 inches empty space around the comforter. Jun ** afternoon,I went to the store, the wife was not in, then today (Jun **) I went to see the man's wife, she was even worse, didn't let me say one word and asked me to leave.The comforter is damaged and I cann't use it anymore.Desired Settlement: The comforter cost me $300, and I paid $30 for cleaning.I want the owner give me back $330.
