***Document Attached [redacted] The business has stated to both you and to the Attorney General that I contacted you before calling themI wanted you to see the type/integrity of who I am talking tooIf someone lies about a small thing I find they lie about a lotMy phone records show that I talked to their shop on both the 4th and the 5thYou will see on the 5th there were two callsThe first was an immediate disconnect after they picked upThey couldn't have even known it was me I don't thinkThe second I was hung up on by ***They state that they asked me to bring my vehicle in and yet if they had actually talked to me and not hung up they would know I had to tow it homeI had no way to bring to them without incurring even more expensesI want to do everything I can to show you the truthI also have a voicemail from [redacted] at the tire shop stating they will offer me an oil changeI can forward that to an email if you would likeI have sent that to the attorney general and am happy to send to youIf you really do research into this you will also see that the length of service being two weeks is actually the time it takes for this type of problem to happenIt is noted all over the internet and with every tire shop I have talked to they have stated they have heard of it other than Ava TireIt makes me nervous a tire shop works on vehicles without knowing something so commonAlso, if it would help I can send in letters from other clients who have gone to this shop and had similar responses to their experiencesI promise you I would never have filed a complaint if there was any way to resolve this any other wayThey made a comment they don't make mistakesThat shows their rather superior attitudeEveryone makes mistakesIts how we handle those mistakes that shows who we really arePlease let me know what you need from meI am willing to provide you anything that you needI do not want this to happen with anyone elseI hope if nothing else this shop has learned they need to properly secure lug nuts because next time it could even be worse(Verizon Phone entries.pdf)

11/21/2017 [Left VM and email with consumer]11/22/2017 I am in New York on vacation and will be available after Monday of next week. 11/30/[left vm with consumer to call me and need to know dollar amount she wants]12/12/Sorry I have not been able to call you sooner and respond to the questions you left on my voice mailAltogether, we probably spent about $to rectify this (needed a rim and another piece)At this point, since it has been awhile, (and plus we are concerned about proceeding against that business as we believe there could be some nasty retaliation from a family which in my opinion it could be risky to have a disagreement with in a small town), we have decided not to pursue thisAlso, we filed an Attorney General complaint and were told they would not do anything at this time, but, if they got one more complaint they'll look into this business (so, think we have helped the public that way as feel someone else will contact the AG sometime about them)That posting on *** was done anonymously, did not mention the business by name, but others responded that they knew it was them I was referring toAll this will catch up to them soon I hopeThanks for looking into this anyway

We were not surprised to get this notice in the mail. [redacted] called and told us she had reported us before she gave us the opportunity to help her...

with the problem. She also had already posted the issue on [redacted] for the public to see and get in on. We are unsure why she even bothered reporting us to you guys because she has already done the damage. We asked [redacted] to bring the vehicle back here so that we could maybe figure out what happened to her vehicle. We had no way of knowing if it was our error or something that needed to be repaired on the vehicle itself that may have caused her this problem. However, she refused to bring it back here and did not give us an opportunity to help her. We have always put our customers' needs first and we take pride in our customer service. If there has ever been an issue with our services, we have resolved them appropriately but we do so in a peaceful manner. [redacted], however, was not willling to allow us to do this. There is quite a time lapse between her date of service (June 15 & July 4th) so we were not sure why or how it could have been our error but we were willing to find out. Our bottom line is, we were willing to help our customer but [redacted] refused it each time and instead set out to turn others away from patronizing our place of business. We have never made a mistake on any services provided to her here previously, yet she has been determined to harm our reputation. So, the damage is done. She is guilty of slander. We are sorry that this matter could not be handled more appropriately but we will not admit to something that she claims we did when she was not willing to bring her vehicle back or come and speak to us about it. We are a great tire shop and we strive to do our best.
