Ms*** moved out on 9/9/and had a balance of $for damages. The balance was written off to bad debt on 10/24/and was immediately sent to collections. Once we submit an account to collections, it is illegal to accept payment. Ms***'s credit report
will provide the collection agency's contact information. Once we send an account, the balance is out of our control. If the collection agency states they have no record of her, she will need to dispute thru the credit agency who can verify the information with the collection agency. Towne Square did not place this balance on her credit report therefor we are unable to remove it or accept payment.I apologize that I am unable to resolve this for MsJohnson, unfortunately she will in fact need to contact the collection agency listed on her credit report

Revdex.com Here is the dilemma, according Towne Square Apartment Homes reports my "move out balance" was sent to either RentCollect Global collection agency or *** *** collection agency however both collection agencies report I do not have a debt collection with them and my credit report from all three credit bureaus do not reflect the "move out balance" of $or $442.21. It appears I do not have a "move out balance" evident by the said collection agencies reporting I do not have a balance linked to my name, date of birth or social security number, or Towne Square Apartment Homes did not in fact send my "move out balance" to the said collection agencies, or Towne Square Apartment Homes sent my "move out balance" to an unknown collection agency. All I would like to do is pay my "move out balance" but, again, it is not at the collection agencies Towne Square Apartment Homes claim to have sent the balance and the alleged collection debt is not reported to any of the credit bureausThis debt does not seem real according to the collection agencies or the credit bureaus so I cannot dispute itIf Towne Square Apartment Homes may locate my "move out balance" is so I may pay it, this would settle it
