The document titled [redacted].pdf is a scan of the receipt of my first payment to Duck’s Auto Care LLC. I have a habit of folding up papers and putting them in my jeans pockets and keeping them around. You’ll see the fold marks in the gray areas of the scan. The scan titled [redacted].pdf is a compilation of all of my payments. When I stopped in last week to ask for a printout of out of all of the services done to my vehicle I was told by the owner, Mike L[redacted], that they had gotten a new billing system and the information hadn’t followed over and I got a receipt from Duck’s Auto Care Inc. Please note the footer on the bottom of both receipts. They are identical. I think if they’d updated their billing systems the footer would have changed. Not only that, I still would want to know what I’ve been charged over $1600 in charges for. Oh, and, please note the company name change from an LLC to Inc. from March to November.
