According to our records, you signed a retail installment sales contract (the "Agreement) for the purchase of the consumer product on June 25, 2016. The Agreement was between you and the independent merchant who sold you the consumer product. We purchased the Agreement, thereby financing this transaction. The purchase price of the consumer product you purchased was a negotiated transaction between you and the independent merchant from whom you purchased the consumer product. By signing the Agreement, you agreed to the purchase price in exchange for the unit demonstrated in the sales presentation. While I understand your position, your signature on the Agreement represents your assent to its terms. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe seller stated that he needed my name because I was the homeowner and not [redacted] I told him when he first came that I didn't want my name on anything because I had just purchased that houseThey came in on pretenses and this finance company holds all contracts and knows that not everyone pays the same price or they wouldn't have complaintsI do not wish for this company to send any correspondences again to my new address because I didnt ask them to contact me at allThey should not condone sellers lying to people just to get a contract as well how they jack up the price for some people!
