We had received two quotes, apple for apple and Shannon was $1000 less. His wife gave us the addresses of roofs they had done so we could choose a color. Materials were delivered in a timely manner and his crew showed up a 7:30 AM the next day. They were very professional and did a great job. Shannon and his wife were both very helpful in the process. I would definitely recommend them is you need a new roof.

Called about possible leak in roof that I want to check and fix before fixing inside damage. Called and getting run around.
I bought a mobile home in 2015, and it came with a receipt for a re-roof from 4/9/14. We are having leaking issues on one side of the house that we noticed in June. I called Shannon before the 4th of July. He said he could look at it after the holiday weekend. I have called several times and spoke to several employees who all tell me they will try to get someone out to the house the next day. Now they aren't answering at all. When it rains, there is water coming in somewhere because there is water dripping out of one of the door frames and the walls are mushy and moldy.

I contacted this company to change the subfloor in my home and reinstall new flooring. We were then put into contact with *** with *** Services who claims he is a partner of ***'s. The job was done in a matter of three days and during those three days, alcohol was consumed while the crew was working. It was spilled onto a coffee table and left unclean. New flooring was laid on top of water that had spilled onto the subfloor from a sink hose that had been disconnected from the dishwasher for replacement of the dishwasher. I had to pull some boards up and dry them. After this, once the job was done, all the flooring looked great and I was ultimately satisfied despite what had taken place. A short time after, the floors became badly peaked and buckled. I tried to contact *** to come and check it out to see about fixing it and it took weeks for him to even stop by to see it. Then it took even longer to have him send anyone to resolve any issues. Two entire months to be exact, because he was "busy" with other jobs. The carpenter that was sent said he didn't deal with floors too much but he did have to go behind this crew often to fix what had been wronged. I was then told that my flooring was "cheap" and the house was blamed for being unleveled. I never expected the house to be perfectly level as I know it is not. It's an older home. The flooring previous to this one was the same type tongue and groove laminate and we had no issues other than the subfloor needing to be replaced. Moldings were broken in the process of him trying to repair the flooring and I was told it was nailed back "temporarily" after I confronted *** about it. He also then tried to blame the house and the flooring and said that he made no money on the job and that he did it because he "wanted to get it done for me". I don't need pity or favors. That's not what they were hired to do. I then decided that I wanted them nowhere near my property again because if that's how they resolve issues they caused, I want no part of it. I hired someone else to come behind them and fix what they'd done in a matter of one day versus over two months of being given the run around. I'm disgusted at how they do business and will never call them for anything again. I'd also warn others to pay close attention when thinking of using them for any service of that sort.

I forgot to mention what the issue with my flooring turned out to be. They were installed too tight and there was no room for the flooring to move as it is intended to because it is a floating floor. Also, the trim was nailed back down in a lot of places through the floor boards and into the subfloor. No matter if my flooring was "cheap" or expensive, it still would've done the same thing because it was improperly installed.

Diucote Roofing is awesome. We have worked with a lot of contractors since our Home flooded in 2016 and they are by far the best. First they are so responsive. They answered phone calls and texts in minutes. They worked extremely well with my insurance company and their work is excellent. The started my roof at 730am and they were FINISHED by 6pm. When the workers left my yard was so clean I would never have known they were there. Their pricing is great and they treated us with courtesy and respect.
