Revdex.com: Ms [redacted] , I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn reference to the above complaint, I read the response from Pearson InfinitiI find the response to be unsatisfactory and a falsification of the factsYes, I wanted to purchase a vehicle, and my complaint has nothing to do with the price of the vehicle or the demeaning manner in which the salesman addressed me in texts, when bargaining for a better priceTo my way of thinking this is banter between salesman and customerI could have taken offense but I did notThis is in no way a form of potential buyer remorseI only became disturbed when I got an alert from “ [redacted] ***” that my Credit Score had changedUpon investigation I saw the devastation as a result of Pearson Infiniti actions My complaint standsThat is, I authorized no more that credit inquiries and at no time was I informed that their practice is inquiriesAdditionally, inquiries were sent times which is tantamount to an abuse of such privilege Regards, [redacted]

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Pearson Infiniti of Midloathian, VAThe internet sales representative, *** was very polite and professionalHe was able to provide us with an enticing deal on our traover the phoneIt was enticing enough for us to drive three hours from our home in Reidsville, NCWe arrived before the dealership opened, but *** and our clean vehicle were already there waiting on usAfter the awesome test drive we agreed that we wanted to buy the vehicle We then talked with *** in finance and were able to work out the fine details with ease *** even helped us out on the purchase of a complete warranty *** and *** were both very quinine and at no point did we feel pushed to purchase the vehicle Even though we were from out of town they made us feel right at home It was truly a great buying experience

Mr*** gave our dealership an application for credit as he was interested in purchasing a vehicleAs is customary, we 'pulled' his credit one timeIn shopping for the best rate and terms for Mr***, we Verdana">sent his application for credit to five of our banksThis is an ordinary practice and not excessiveIt is unfortunate that Mr*** could not get the vehicle he wanted and the terms he desiredWe tried with the best of our ability to fulfill his terms, as we do with all of our customers. We went to his home and fixed the unit three weeks ago. The part that was broken was not under warranty and I fixed at no charge. The consumer and I are ok now

In reference to the above complaint, I
read the response from Pearson Infiniti. I find the response to be
unsatisfactory and a falsification of the facts. Yes, I wanted to
purchase a vehicle, and my complaint has nothing to do with the price
of the vehicle or the demeaning manner in which the salesman
addressed me in texts, when bargaining for a better price. To my way
of thinking this is normal banter between salesman and customer. I
could have taken offense but I did not. This is in no way a form of
potential buyer remorse. I only became disturbed when I got an alert
from “[redacted]” that my Credit Score had changed. Upon
investigation I saw the devastation as a result of Pearson Infiniti
actions.
My complaint stands. That is, I
authorized no more that 3 credit inquiries and at no time was I
informed that their normal practice is 5 inquiries. Additionally,
inquiries were sent 12 times which is tantamount to an abuse of such
privilege.

[redacted] from the business stated they will be refunding for the master switch. This is a $75 refund.
