The fine print says miles from Osseo, I was told they preside in Brooklyn Center, which is still under the milesMaybe the ad should be pulled from Living Social because this is advertisingYes, the inconvenience was not fun, BUT the customer service and how it was handled was uncalled forWhen I called back the 2nd time, the sales rep was very rude and pretty much raised her voice and said "I TOLD YOU we don't go to Becker"Customer service can make or break your companyYou know if someone asks me for a referral on duct cleaning, you can bet that I will tell them who NOT to go to

of guilt, it is now May 11 and no such refund check has been received.  I would like tobelieve that there is new management which can follow through with their promises, but so far, nothing has proven this to be true.  We have been told at least 4 times in the space of a year that the check has been issued and is on the way.

We do apologize for any inconvenience and are now under new management. The refund for $125 will be issued and will be received in 5-10 business days. Once again we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am writing this to state that Duct Dogs has not reached out to me to work out this situation that was stated. Furthermore the person who responded used Mrs. [redacted] many times in their response. Mrs. [redacted] never called once on the issue, and this company has ignored me in all my attempts to contact them. This proves their negligence in following up with customers. I started out with a cordial request for a refund of my time/the dryer cleaning, and found out more of the poor quality of service because of their ignoring the customer. I am expecting $200 dollars, but will take $150.00 and a apology phone call (not a voicemail) from the owner. This is more than generous for what this company has put me through. Maybe the ad should be pulled from Living Social because this is false advertising. Yes, the inconvenience was not fun, BUT the customer service and how it was handled was uncalled for. When I called back the 2nd time, the sales rep was very rude and pretty much raised her voice and said "I TOLD YOU we don't go to Becker". Customer service can make or break your company. You know if someone asks me for a referral on duct cleaning, you can bet that I will tell them who NOT to go to.
