This was suppose to be a metal building with concrete floor, insulated, doors and windows, wired with electric,and plumbingAll I got was post set in the ground and some lumber nailed to the post, which some of that fell downI have pictures of what he didI also have text messages asking him when he was coming back to work on the buildingNever was he asked to leave the propertyAnd there was never a discussion of my failure to comply with kennel construction guidelinesIf he was building the building as he was suppose to, it would have been in compliance with guidelinesSo is *** *** saying he wasn't building it right? He is the one that drew out the building with measurements to go by, which I also have a copy of
I don't know how he could claim it was 95% completed when there was no floor, no roof, no sides, no insulation, no doors, no windows, no wiringAll of these materials he said he had bought with the money I paid him, except for the concrete which I was to pay for when the building was ready to have the floor poured, but it never got that far
