Very unprofessional I made my appointment on 9/13/ I informed the lady (Denisa, very thick accent, difficult to understand) that I can only make appointments for Saturday or after pm She stated that she had no weekends available until mid October, but she said that she would be able to have the technicians at my house between to 5pm on Thursday 9/22/ AWESOME I then received a call on Monday 9/18/and she informed me that they could come the same day at 4pm I informed her that would be great I cleared my calendar to make myself available and hour later I received a phone call stating that they would have to cancel today and keep the original scheduled day of 9/21/4pm No problem Fast Forward to 9/21/ I called the office of ductenviro (9**SSN**) and the same woman answered I wanted to confirm that they were still coming at 4pm She advised me that they would be there between to 530pm No problem I go run an errand and at 320pm I receive a phone call from the technician asking where I was and that he was at my residence I informed him that I was told that the appointment was rescheduled for 5pm I informed him that I was minutes away and would be there shortly I arrived at my residence at 3:49pm and the gentlemen was gone I then receive a phone call from the same lady from the office and she asked me where I was When I informed her that she told me an hour ago that my appointment was changed to or 530pm SHE BEGAN TO LAUGH and stated that I would have to rescheduleI informed her to please have the worker return She then stated that she would reschedule me for next Wednesday I advised her that I am not available next Wednesday and that I would need them today due to scheduling conflicts Well she didn't care and hung up HORRIBLE customer service in the office Very unprofessional in the office and the woman (Denisa) does not know how to properly schedule and keep appointments Maybe the technician do great work (i.e vent cleaning), but I will never know Be careful when using them Ask for a confirmation of appointment by email

On July 20th, 2014 we cleaned the Air Ducts for [redacted] at [redacted] While cleaning the ducts, we noticed a large hole in the return ducting in the basement. We showed it to [redacted] and we then proceeded to cover the hole with sheet metal...

at no extra charge. We also noticed that 3 of her damper controls (which regulates air flow) were loose. We also repaired it for her at no cost. Her duct work was not well maintained properly and needed repairs. When the job was completed, we turned on the system and everything worked well. [redacted] signed the job invoice upon completion of the job and gave us a credit card payment. [redacted] called us a few days afterwards complaining about a noise she was hearing. We told her that a technician will drop by the next day to take a look. She called again before we could send a technician out and said that she had an A/C company come out to fix the problem and it costed her $800. Her ducting needed repairs before we started the job in the first place. All I can say is that the A/C company ripped her off and put the blame on our company. We are a very reputable company for the past 15 years with absolutely no complaints.

[redacted] has never cleaned his chimney for a very long period of time which resulted in a chimney fire from a build up of creosote inside the chimney. The fire department was called in...

as a result of the chimney fire. The fire department broke the damper on top of the chimney cap which is connected with a long chain to open and close the damper. The fire also scorched the chain and the damper. 
Yes, we cleaned [redacted] chimney on February 1, 2015. After his complaint, we went back to his house and told [redacted] he has to purchase a new damper with a new chain in which he agreed to do. I also told [redacted] if he cannot locate the item to call me and I will give him all the information as to where he can purchase it from and how to get inside the chimney.

I then received a call on Monday 9/18/16 and she informed me that they could come the same day at 4pm. I informed her that would be great. I cleared my calendar to make myself available and 1 hour later I received a phone call stating that they would have to cancel today and keep the original scheduled day of 9/21/16 4pm. No problem.

Fast Forward to 9/21/16. I called the office of ductenviro (9**SSN**) and the same woman answered. I wanted to confirm that they were still coming at 4pm. She advised me that they would be there between 5 to 530pm. No problem. I go run an errand and at 320pm I receive a phone call from the technician asking where I was and that he was at my residence. I informed him that I was told that the appointment was rescheduled for 5pm. I informed him that I was 20 minutes away and would be there shortly.

I arrived at my residence at 3:49pm and the gentlemen was gone. I then receive a phone call from the same lady from the office and she asked me where I was. When I informed her that she told me an hour ago that my appointment was changed to 5 or 530pm. SHE BEGAN TO LAUGH and stated that I would have to reschedule. I informed her to please have the worker return. She then stated that she would reschedule me for next Wednesday. I advised her that I am not available next Wednesday and that I would need them today due to scheduling conflicts. Well she didn't care and hung up.

HORRIBLE customer service in the office. Very unprofessional in the office and the woman (Denisa) does not know how to properly schedule and keep appointments. Maybe the technician do great work (i.e vent cleaning), but I will never know. Be careful when using them. Ask for a confirmation of appointment by email.

This is my response to the business's reply to my complaint. I originally typed my response the day I received the 888's e-mail, but I somehow erased it by accident. I immediately dialed [redacted] to explain. I was told to type it again and I did, however, when I finished and clicked "proceed," an error message appeared. I called again and was told to send my response in an e-mail and that the ten day restriction would be waived as I am a senior citizen and had so much trouble trying to send my response to the business's reply to my complaint. Thank you for understanding. I do not accept Duct Technology's (aka Chute & Duct, LLC) reply to my complaint because they made several serious errors in their statement.
