Installed an Furnace & A/C and did a great job! Very professional and clean! Will definitely recommend them to others.

Absolutely the WORST experience, DO NOT USE! We have been trying to get this company to complete a furnace installation for a month now. The old unit was taken completely out (leaving just wires and pipes exposed in the house) on 8/23/18 with the new furnace to be installed on 8/30/18 and 8/31/18. Pat keeps delaying it for various reasons.
(1) He got sick on so the installation had to be rescheduled for Labor Day week. On Tuesday, 9/4, it was raining, so once we did get a hold of somebody, which was after the appointment time, we were told that he could not work on it when it was raining out (even though he could have used that day to put the furnace INSIDE the house).
(2) On 9/5, Pat was again late, showing up about 2 hours past the appointment time without notifying us. He worked for about 3 hours and asked if he could come out the following day to finish up. I said no problem and he left.
(3) On 9/6, Pat was again late, showing up almost 2 hours past the appointment time without notifying us. When he got here, he stated it was because of traffic. I'm going to start using this as my excuse to my employer for showing up late rather than take accountability to... I don't know... leave earlier. He worked for a few hours and then asked if he could come back today (9/11) and finish up. I said no problem and he left.
(4) Today, 9/11, he still didn't arrive at the scheduled appointment time. I called and was told that he was not going to be out as he was "missing parts". I was told that he was not sure when the part would be in but would call me when it was.
I have been out of work for the last 3 months so my schedule has been pretty open. However, I stressed to him on 9/6 that I was returning to work on 9/17 at which time he could not just "reschedule" and show up whenever he wanted. I was pretty sure he walked away from that conversation understanding the urgency of completing the furnace installation THIS WEEK. I have re-arranged my schedule, including job interviews to accommodate this installation only to find out on several occasions that they are not coming out and not giving notification.
I STRONGLY advise not using this company, especially if you need something done as soon as possible. If your job doesn't require punctuality and a willingness to show up to get the job done, then this just might be the company for you.
Oh, and for the record, WE STILL HAVE NO WORKING FURNACE IN OUR HOUSE. Never mind the fact that it's going to be warmer this week and the fall chill will be arriving soon.

This person is not a paying customer and is resident of a rental property. Home Partners of America should be taking care of this matter. The work environment in this home is very unsanitary and really should be reported because of children in the home. Please remove his comments. The job has taken a long time due to the fact I had originally passed on the work but since no one wanted to do the work I was stuck with it. This home is over 60 miles away outside of my range.
