I was supped to have a service for our home in CT so we came to meet him from out of stateWe waited minutes from the appointed time but he never called or showed up I called the office and she said she would give him a call to see what's going on She told me she couldn't get hold of him It's extremely unprofessional We wasted out time coming all the way

The technician was only at my house for 20 minutes and charged me $150+. Two months later, my central air stopped working on on a 90+ degree day. Since I had a contractor already at the house, he had his AC contractor come out and fix it. Turns out the pipe that drains to the gutter was clogged, the condensation backed up, and the safety switch turned off the air. The AC technician told me that Ductworks should have caught the issue during their maintenance. He also said that a thorough check is closer to 1.5 hours, not anywhere near 20 minutes. I called Ductworks to explain the situation and asked for a refund of the $150. The Office Manager failed to call me back and when I did call back weeks later, she spent at least 5 minutes arguing with me like I was a child. She was completely unprofessional and lacked any sense of customer service. Ironically, their hold message says "100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back". Clearly they don't stand behind their word.
