Extremely dissapointed with their servicesI explained that I was under a timeline and needed to get business credit account set up with themOnce I sent in the forms, they told me 2-days is typical to set up the accountAt the end of day two I emailed to check in on the status and they told me that they were waiting for our vendors to replyI emailed our vendors to ask for their help in expediting and they replied that they had just received the credit inquiries minutes ago ( she sent after I called ) I know that our vendors have replied and its two days later with no response still I bit the bullet and ordered with my CC, again explaining that I had a tight timeline and I needed it to ship that dayI was assured that the inventory was there and they could ship, that was yesterday and it hasn't shipped yetI called and it seems to be a call center that has no idea when and if it will ship I sent an email with my concerns and have yet to hear back

Cons: lb Citric acid arrived in clumps, harder than a rockEmailed them and they said there was a first a pressure issue then a moisture issue and advised to break it up with a hammerMoisture issues with citric acid....with what I could use half of my Bath Bombs activated and now Im wondering if thats why?Failed bath bomb batches aren't cheap :(

I ordered a pool heater on 5/and after shipments, I still don't have my product
First they shipped me the solar tubes and didn't ship me the manifold or the frame Then after almost weeks and several calls, they shipped me the missing items Once we opened the boxes, there were no instructions, so we had to put it together from watching internet videos When we opened the solar tube boxes, I found tubes instead of the that were supposed to be shippedI called and spoke to *** who told me that they would be shipped immediately They did ship me the tubes which were scheduled to arrive today 6/(ONE MONTH LATER), and today I found from FEDEX that the tubes were completely destroyed so I had to refuse the shipment So now AFTER one month of summer gone I still do not have my merchandise that cost me almost $with shipping
I received a price quote by email from Duda Energy on October 30, 2014. I placed my order on November 11, 2014. They increased the price by 10 dollars without explanation. They refused to honor the written price quote. I would never do business with them again.
