I have been a Dudamobile customer with sites for about yearsAfter a Google page speed analysis, I attempted to contact Dudamobile to find out how to resolve the problems that were causing the page to load slowlyImpossible to find a telephone number on the siteSubmitted a support ticket and was referred to a article that had nothing to do with my very specific questionsFinally, after support ticket back and forth, I was emailed a telephone numberIsn't that why Dudamobile started the business in the first place; to have a mobile site where people could click to call?? And why would that not be on their own site? I think the answer is obviousHave we learned nothing from being on terminal/perpetual hold in answering machine land when calling the phone company?
In any case when I spoke to a representative I was told that *** loads slowWhat does that have to do with my sites? Or with anything? (In retrospect, I must have distracted him from his *** page) And then all the things the tech people are not responsible forI told them I understood, because I doMy desktop sites, which I coded myself, are some of the fastest loading on the webBut all I could get were half baked excusesA confirmation that I could not modify mody of the code, and there were no white papers to give any decent tech advise or best practice methods I suppose I was supposed to say, "that's OK, I know its hard to actually talk to people and deal with their specific tech inquiries; I am so very sorry I pulled you away from your slow-loading *** site"But I would like someone to consider this essential issueSpeed of sites is of critical importance if you have a businessIt will become more so as there are an increasing number of people who employ these plug and play, code heavy, slow loading sites (duda)Instead of giving clients the brush-off with the website customer avoidance FAQ system , try some service instead
Oh, and I checked the speed of my mobile site a few minutes ago and after the promised look-see that the techs at Duda were going to do for me, I see a reduction in speed of about 15%There's your customer service

What makes their support team so great is that they are experts of their proprietary system so if there is a issue that needs to be addressed, they are quick to walk you through how to fix, adjust or improve what you are trying to accomplish.

On top of that, you can get in touch with their support staff via email or live chat. This gives me the ability to address a given issue in the most convenient fashion at the given moment.

In all reality, Duda's system is so good, there are hardly any issues!

Duda manages many client websites for us with top notch support and efficiency. I am very happy with the level of support that we receive through the Duda team when an issue pops up, whether it's form related to email or a domain block issue. Turnaround time is quick in order to get an answer or to at least know that a problem is being reviewed for resolution.
