Ordered flowers for my wife on the 2-12-19 through Internet received to confirmation letters from Dudleys saying they received it this was for delivery on Valentine's Day at my wife's school !!! Today on Valentine's Day my wife called on her way from work to inform me she did not receive anything !!! I called Dudleys to see what happened and they told me they where busy and they could deliver them the next day which is not Valentine's day !!! What's the purpose !!!! They did not try emailing me or calling me and they had all my information!!! This same thing happened last year with same place and me and my wife had to go pick the flowers up and they assured me last year it wouldn't happen again!! Will knever use them again
Hi, we have received a letter of complaint. I am the owner and I would like to apologizefor our mistake. We received the order to our system on February 13th not the 12th. We had to stop taking orders for deliveries for the 14th. We turned it off late afternoon on the 13th. We were unaware that the orders were coming through at the Marietta location. We can only deliver so many orders that we have to have a limit on delivery orders. I know this does not help after the fact. The customers card was refunded for the full amount of the order on the 14th at 3:26 pm. We are new owners of the business and we take this matter seriously and I am very sorry it came to this. Owner
