*** contacted Kim Simmons regarding the eyshadows and she informed her that they could be returnedMs*** was not happy that she would have to be responsible to mail and pay for the return of the eyeshadowsKim explained that we would gladly reimburse her the postageThe eyeshadows were returned on January 30th and the credit was issued on February 2ndMs*** left me a message on February 21st stating that she had not received her refundWhen Kim contacted her Kim informed her that the credit was issued on February 2ndKim explained that the credit would be issued to the card that she had used to make the purchaseKim contacted our Controller to make sure that everything had gone throughOur Controller said the credit was issuedWhen Kim contacted Ms*** again to confirm that the credit was issued she informed Kim that she had used a gift cardKim asked if she still had the gift card and she said yesKim explained that the credit was issued to the gift card and she could contact them to make sure that the credit went throughDudley has not had any contact with Ms*** since that final callThis complaint is the first contact since her refund was issued on Feb2nd

Again, Dudley is very sorry that Ms*** is not satisfied with a full refund

Kim S*** refused to communicate with me when I contacted her regarding my refundI only received a response when I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comAfterwards, she contacted me and informed me that the refund was issued to the gift card in early FebruaryHad she responded in February I would not have involved the Revdex.comThank you for your help
