My friend and I went to Dudley's on Wednesday August 23rdWe arrived shortly before 10pm and I opened up a tabMy friend opened a separate tab a little while laterWhen we closed out we both signed one receipt each and leftThe next morning I had one charge on my card for the amount of the receipt I signedA little later on in the day I checked my bank account again and there was a $chargeI called to say there was an accidental charge to my card and I was told that the bartenders wouldn't make an error and neither would their computer systemI was told they had two receipts with the same signature, for two separate tabs under the same cardWhen I repeated again that I only signed one tab I was accused of being drunk and forgetting because the mistake couldn't be theirsAfter finally offering a refund they told me they would "watch back the tapes to make sure I wasn't lying." There is no refund in my account which they promised by todayNot only are they fraudulently charg
