Review: I called the pizza shop around 8:45p/9p to order a salad with grilled chicken and was told that the delivery would take approximately 2 hours for just a salad with grilled chicken. After confirming with my then ill girlfriend that it was too long a wait, I decided to cancel the order and asked the employee to refund the card in which he refused. He then said to me "What the hell is wrong with you? You call to order and then you want to cancel. I don't care what you want, Im charging you for the order." I then proceeded to ask for a manager and the employee told me that he was the only one at the restaurant and that even if a manager was there, he would not let me speak to one. I asked again if he would refund my card and cancel my order due to the inappropriate delivery time for such a minimal meal and was told "No, I don't care what you want. Either you can shut up and take the salad or you'll just get charged for it." A day later, I called the business asking to speak to a manager and was told no manager was there and that they were not able to help me or refund my card or money in any way and that I would just have to "deal with it and get over it"... I never received the order that night nor did I receive a refund of my money.Desired Settlement: 23.41 for the salad with chicken and the $4 delivery charge in which I was charged and never got the salad or any delivery.
