Duerr Painting and General Contracting

I'm not sure weather I would accept Joes offer he has told me too many times that he was.going to do something and hes not a person of his word.After I contacted you with in I'd say a week and half.Joe D [redacted] contacted my stating that the Revdex.comwas in contact with him and that I owed him $ and if I didn't pay him he was going to contact his lawyer and was going to the magistrate and I will have to pay for fine and costs.I simply told him that I.just wanted him do to what I paid him for in which was to finish my kitchen, paint my livingroom ,stairs, 2nd floor hallway.Take up the carpet,he was lay my kitchen,livingroom floor as well as the flooring in the hallway and stain and complete my steps.I furnished all the paint and the flooring.Last week Mr.Duerr contacted me once again stati g that he was.willing to put my kitchen flooring down .I replied to him that,that was great but I wanted what I want in which was at [redacted] ***.I then sent him a picture of what I wanted.I haven't heard from Mr.Duerr since I text him, I then text MrDuerr on three more occasion in which he did not reply, finally he did reply stating that he was on vacation and would get back to me with a date and time in which he could my flooring down
