Review: I hired duet photography to do the photography for my wedding. My wedding date was August *, 2011. I have still not received my wedding album and some other enlarged photographs. Duet has also not responded to complaints about failure to take desired pictures at my wedding. We have contacted duet via phone and E mail numerous times. My issues have not been addressed.Desired Settlement: We would like our wedding album and photos. In addition some billing adjustment for failure to fulfill promises made in contract.

Review: The company has failed to give us our finished album for over a year. They fail to communicate with us, return our calls or emails. They fail to follow simple commands in correcting our album and take 2 months before following up with us. They have our money and have not given us our finished wedding album. They also gave us a very poor copy of a wedding DVD. Promised a callback from a [redacted] that never happened. Terrible, terrible service. Reviews of them online show me many people have had the same problem.Desired Settlement: We just want our wedding album from our 9/*/12 wedding with the corrections that we requested. We want the [redacted] to call us back. We want proper, normal customer service.

Review: Im am writing to discuss my wedding photography services for which I hired Duet Photography. My wedding was back in March of 2012 and to date I have yet to receive my album (which was paid for in full). Duet continual gives me a run around (including dropping the ball for 6 months) where they advised that their lead editor up and quit on them. I have made several good faith efforts to obtain a final edited version of my album (which was promised to me today) and they didn’t provide it. I have numerous correspondence from them documenting all of our conversations.Desired Settlement: I want my album asap and for them to recieve a horrible customer service review.

Owner was extremely nasty and assumed no wrongdoing. They further advised it would take an additional five months to receive my album. Any assistance would be great, thanks!

Review: This issue can also be categorized as "the non-delivery of service."

Our wedding was on 5/**/13. We were due to receive our completed video in May of 2014, a year later. When no one called me let me know that our video was complete I called them myself. When I called, I was told that the video had actually arrived a week prior, but when they went to review it to make sure it was good there was a glitch in part of the video and that they sent it back to their offsite video department to be fixed. I was told it would be ready the next Saturday since Saturday was only day they get their delivery of videos. I called back a week later only to hear the same story. When some time passed and I still haven't heard back from anyone, I called them AGAIN only to be told that my video was unable to be fixed by Duets video department, so they sent the tape to Sony since that was the manufacturer of the tape. More time had passed and again, no one called me, so I called again and was told that it's "out of their hands and Sony is working on it, I will get an update as soon as they hear something." This went on for a few more weeks and every time I was in contact with Duet, it was because I reached out to them, they never once called me. Awful customer service... Every time I followed up, I was told that Sony is hard to get a response from and they don't have any idea what's going on. Now we were at the beginning of August 2014, I demand to get my video and the editor agrees to give me the edited portion of what they have, but ensures that not much is missing. When my Husband and I watched the video, we noticed that literally half of our wedding in missing. We were ensured that not much was cut out, but they didn't have the end of our ceremony, introduction as Mr. and Mrs., First Dance, any of the speeches, the entire beginning of our reception and the editing on what they did have was awful. We have since then been officially told that Sony has no positive feedback and the rest of our video cannot be salvaged. In the end, all my husband and I want is a refund for the video portion of our contract. We will hopefully receive our wedding albums in a few weeks and are more than willing to pay for that, but the video is unacceptable and anyone who watched this agrees that is an awful thing to experience for what was supposed to be a happy keepsake. Duet refuses to refund us due to the "terms and conditions" they have, but as the customer who has been more than patient with them, they should be accommodating and refund us for the garbage they call a video. They should also take into consideration the 2 referrals they have received from me and be more than willing to give us back our money.Desired Settlement: Refund for the video portion of our contract.
