I have written to the Revdex.com regarding a rat investation at the address I provided I want to avoid going to trail to be refunded for security deposit and for food I have lost (photographic evidence , cloths that have been chewed on by rats also photographic evidence, I have photos of rat droppings in my kitchen drawers and bedroom dresser drawers and I have not heard anything back from the company to resolve the situation another issue I am having is the office manager at the 14th st location *** *** disclosed personal information regarding the status of my account with nd&s to another tenant with out my consent not only is the rat infestation a breach of contract but disclosing personal information is also a breach of contract only under certain circumstances a landlord is allowed to disclose personal information and neither landlords require tenants’ consent to disclose their personal information

I moved out on 03/31/from one of the properties managed by ND&S ManangementUnfortunately I have yet to receive my depositI have contacted Kathy who informed me on two different occassions she was mailing said depositHowever after voicemails and phone calls I have yet to received my depositPer the lease my deposit was to be returned within days of move-out
