I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me ONLY upon receiving a statement from the finance company saying the loan is paid in full. As far as the A/C the unit outside needed to be repaired or replacedThe rest of the system could of been reused but now the lines have been cut and the coil in the old furnace was taken by DuffetTherefore now I will need a complete new unit which I did not know until talking with other professionalsBut I am willing to let this part of the settlement go and deal with the additional expenses I will incur if we put another A/C back in. Consumer wants refund of $96.79 which we will refund to her.  Check in that amount has been mailed as of 1-23-17.  Consumer is satisfied.

We have already spoken with the finance company telling them that we agree to have the charges taken back to satisfy the loan for the customer.  As far as the interest that the customer sees on the statement it is not charges to him unless the agreement would have gone past the 12 months. ...

It only shows that as a running tally to give info.

I was called a "f@ing" sg among other expletives and technician attempted to throw a punch

We just sent a check out for $176.18 and left message for the customer today were working on the other two complaints and will let you know by the end of the week thanks.

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised that the the consumer owes $243.60 for the work on 8/21/15.  The consumer was previously advised on 1/30/2014 that the club membership ceased in 2012. The consumer attempted to use the expired account in 2014 which was no longer valid; however the company...

did extend a courtesy to allow the consumer the money she though she had in her account she was also advised that this account no longer existed and no future credits would be given.  Consumer called for work in 2015 gave verbal approval when the company attempted to collect the amount due the consumer refused trying to use her club account which has been closed since 2012.

I have spoken to the owner of our company about this situation, and we have also spoken to the technician about this.  As the manager of the company I am fully authorized to handle this complaint.  In the many years this tech has been employed here this is the first complaint of this kind for him, he has been to thousands of customers homes and has many customers who only want him to service they're homes so the company and myself are not worried about him going into other client houses at all.  Thanks again and should the Revdex.com have any further questions feel free to call me.

Consumer satisfied, the repair on her Hot Water Tank has been completed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.At the time of the installation, the manager Mr. S[redacted] was fully aware of what was going on because the workers called him on the phone.  Keep in mind, that in the beginning they were trying to say that it did not belong to them.  I was told everything was covered.  Now that are trying to say it is wear parts and is not covered under the warranty, unbelievable.

I have spoken to the technician that was on that call and he said that in no way shape or form did he attempt to "Throw a Punch" at the customer.  He has been employed here for the last 16 years,...

and has dealt with thousands of repair calls where the customers have not been very happy or the very friendly with him.  He also stated that he did not use the phrase F*@?ing Sg to the customer, that is completely out of character for him.  Should the Revdex.com have any further questions in regards to this matter I can be reached by email, Monday - Friday 8-4 pm.  Thanks again

In response to complaint [redacted], I did speak with Mrs. [redacted] that day after Mitch and Jake left her house and charged her for the repairs.  I told her at that time I did not have the completed invoice from them yet.  I asked her what type of work was done to her hot water tank and she...

told me a few parts had to be replaced, hearing that I told her that her warranty should cover that and that I would grant her refund.  Upon receiving the completed invoice from the plumbers I found out that the parts that were replaced were WEAR PARTS  parts that in order to keep the tank in good working order and keep her warranty intact need to be replaced every so often.  After I returned from my vacation Mrs. [redacted] called the office, that's when I found out that no one from out company called her and let her know of our decision not to refund her which I apologized for may times.  I tried to explain it in a way that was easier to understand. I told her the situation is like buying a car with a warranty and thinking the dealership will pay for your oil changes. also if you don't change your oil, when the engine fails your warranty will be void.  All in all the parts we replaced for Mrs. [redacted] are the responsibility of the customer if they want the warranty and tank to last.  Any further questions in regards the this matter I can be reached at the office [redacted]Thank You David S[redacted]

We have spoken to the finance company and have agreed to satisfy the agreement with them.  I will notify the customer as soon as that happens and will provide reference numbers if they are available.  As far the damage to the AC to our knowledge it was not operational at the time of replacement,  and we believe the damage to be existing prior it is hard to say with out evidence provided , we were installing a furnace with the space for a new AC for a future install because of these reasons.
