I have called *** *** Apartments leasing office several times and they never call me backMy first experience I was in Indianapolis at the apartment complex (I am moving from Fort Wayne) and on the door it says they were open til 5pm (I was there around 3:45pm)The doors were closed, I walked back to my vehicle and proceeded to call themNo one picked up so I left a voicemailI am sure I had the right number as it gave me the whole "Thank you for calling *** *** Apartments- for leasing information press 1"That was my first voicemail two weeks agoAs I was sitting in my car, I noticed other people try to go in the leasing office but it was closedI have seen the apartment complex, know that people live there- but where are the people who work here? Does anyone work here or is someone deleting my voicemails? It is the weirdest thing for an apartment complex not to return my phone calls or at least have someone working in the leasing officeIt makes me wonder if I'd ever be able to get in touch with them as a resident if I needed anything or there was an emergencyIt even leads me to believe that they may discriminateGuess I will not be moving here- it's a shame because I really like the complex and location
Review: I was sold a bad tire by [redacted] at Duffield tire. When I showed him they told me it was the tubes so I replaced the tube and still busted that tube. I took it back to him and I still haven't received another tire or my money back for that tire. When I tried to talk to them about it I just get the run around.Desired Settlement: To refund my money for that bad tire. [redacted] told me that it was a bad tire and if they had one they would replace it.

Response:
We had already fixed the tire once it had a leak, then spoke with [redacted] months later and let him know did not think the damaged would be covered and the tire would need to be sent to the manufacturer. The manufacturer determined this was an impact break therefore would not replace the tire because the issue was not a manufacturers defect.
