I was referred to Daniel by my builder so I contacted him for a quote for blinds. He was very kind and told me that he would get back with me after vacation to come over to give me a quote. I called him a few weeks later and he proceeded to tell me that he spoke with my builder and that he already cut the blinds. I explained to him that I was paying for this out of my pocket and that I just wanted a quote. He then became very argumentative and said that they were either going into my home or the builders driveway and that someone was paying for them.
We then meet in person and he put in the blinds. A few months later, we had a blind in need of repair. Daniel again became very defensive and told us that we needed to pay a service call or fix it ourselves. We have never fixed a blind so that is obviously not an option. He did come over and fix our blind but was very condescending. He lacks customer service and we will not be recommending him in the future.
