I was in touch with Blacktop Specialists on several occasions to get my driveway done, I called and scheduled an initial appointment and the first appointment was a no show; I called a second time and someone did come out and met with my husband After that we wanted to schedule for them to come out and finalize everything and I called about times with making two separate appoints and each appointment again they were a no show and never called to reschedule or anything I won't ever recommend a company that does not have the courtesy to at least call and reschedule or give notification of not being able to make an appointment They seem very unorganized and I was extremely disappointed in how things were handled

I am sorry to hear of the challenges Ms [redacted] experienced in trying to resolve her concerns with her MW windowsThe MW warranty in was a 10/prorated, years 1-were free replacement, and years 11-were at 50%Ms***’s windows were in the second part of the warranty at the date of first report Windows manufactured by different manufacturers are very similar and [redacted] *** often receives calls from consumers with other manufactures product MW manufactured many different window series with different options; we must determine the exact product series, sizing, and options to provide an accurate quote and product for replacementThe gold label Ms [redacted] referenced being requested to provide the information was applied by MW to all windowsTo date not all the information necessary has been provided by Ms***If she can provide this information, pictures would be most helpful, and a copy of her estiamte, I will be glad to estimate what Ms [redacted] would have been charged for [redacted] *** to supply the necessary replacement to fulfill the warranty, and if more than the quoted price Ms [redacted] paid for the glass, be willing to issue a check for the difference Thank You, [redacted] *** Windows-Field Service Manager

I received a call from this collection agency and they were very rude and suggestING all kinds of ways for me to pay my debt I was really upset as this was the first time I revived a call from a collection agency and thought I had a payment plan set up with the hospital I just wished they realized that it's a sensitive area and they could be a little nicer to people that have been in the hospital or have loved ones that have been in the hospital Expecially after I had to fight with insurance to get the bills paid in the first place

I received a phone call about a hospital bill on December 30thThis came as a big surprise as I had received neither a statement from the hospital or from the "Patient Accounts Bureau"I told the caller that was disinclined to pay a bill that I had never received and asked that she send me the paperwork and she agreed to do soOn January 21st, I had yet to receive any paperwork from them, so I called and spoke with another customer service representativeI explained my hesitance to send money, but she patiently took time to look up each claim, the service and billing dateSatisfied that the bills were going to be credited correctly, I paid the claim over the phone with credit card
This experience is both negative and positiveNegative in that there was no apparent follow-through after the initial call and positive with regard to the second contact

I will be glad to take pictures of the window, the problem with it, and send all the measurements, etc. that was originally submitted.  Hopefully they can determine what type of window series this is, and give an accurate pro-rated cost.  We have not received the replacement glass from [redacted]; however, the gentleman was at our home on Friday, and called with the estimate.  I am awaiting his call to schedule the replacement glass - because this needs to be fixed right away.
I would be more than happy to deal with this person to get this matter resolved; but I just felt like I was getting the run-around, that is why I directed this to the Revdex.com.

I was very disappointment with the service I received. The company took my bank information and took money out of my account without permission. They told me they made an error and did not correct the error. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received my money back , as of yet. The supervisor was not considerate about the effect the error made on me personally .

Please do not give them your bank information.
